How is client hub secure?
🔐 1. Secure Access (HTTPS & SSL)
Jobber uses HTTPS with SSL encryption for all communication, including the Client Hub. This means all data transferred between your clients and Jobber's servers is encrypted, helping prevent interception or tampering.
👤 2. Authentication Without Login
Clients access Client Hub via a unique, time-sensitive link sent to their email or SMS. No traditional login (like username/password) is required, which reduces the risk of password-based attacks.
These links expire after a period of time or can be manually disabled.

Jobber complies with data privacy laws, ensuring your clients' personal information is handled appropriately.
Only relevant and necessary data is shown in the Client Hub — no unnecessary exposure of internal or sensitive business info.
